Custom Order Terms

1. All Custom Orders above $250.00 are subject to a non-refundable order fee of $100.00. Upon receiving correspondence from us, an invoice will be sent to you.

2. For most custom orders, payments are in three stages:

   1. Non-refundable Deposit of $100 for all orders greater than $100.00.

   2. Half Up-front. This is before any physical work begins.

   3. Half before Shipping. This is when your product is on its way to you!

3. Shipping Information

   1. Orders are packed as safely as possible to ensure that there is no damage during shipping. Tall Tree Customs LLC is NOT responsible for damages caused by third-party shipping providers like UPS, USPS, Fedex, etc

   2. Local (within 50 miles) custom orders will be subject to a delivery fee of $25.

   3. Non-local custom orders will be subject to a delivery cost as priced out by with a third-party shipping company.

   4. All orders above $5,000 are exempt from delivery fees.

4. All custom orders are NOT returnable. Your piece is specifically designed for you. You are responsible for selling your piece if you elect to do so.
